Ghost radio DJ at Ghostville station WPU in "The Disc Jockey" story of Caspar knock-off comic book Timmy the Timid Ghost #26 (April 1961). Timmy gets hired as his new assistant. Timmy briefly takes over after Phil has a nervous breakdown on air and jumps out a window. But he's a ghost, so he's fine.
