From the "Blood of Patriots" episode (March 7, 2019) of Star Trek series The Orville. It's demonstrated by Xelayan native and The Orville's Chief of Security, Talla Keyali.

The musical part resembles a Mbira/kalimba/African thumb piano in appearance and tone.
