Has been 1980s Scottish pop star who finds out he has a teenage daughter (Charlotte Church), in the 2003 movie I'll Be There.

Played by Craig Ferguson, who also wrote and directed the film.

The daughter, Olivia Edmonds, has musical aspirations of her own.
