From the animated TV show The Tick (11/02/96). Six-armed, violin-wielding Belgian supervillian from the "Tick vs. Europe" episode. His evil plan to kidnap the king of Belgium and replace him with an android duplicate is foiled by The Tick, who is in Belgium as part of a superhero exchange program. Voiced by Xander Berkeley.
