A Phantom-of-the-opera-esque local legend adopted by Nazi agent Hans Shroder, a former opera conductor. He successfully assassinates Artura Merez, the president of the fictional country of Comania, on the eve of their joining the Allied Powers. He is tracked down and captured by Miss Victory.
