Rock drummer with a checkered past from the Columbo and the Murder of a Rock Star episode of Columbo (29 Apr. 1991).

He's framed for the murder of his girlfriend, pop singer Marcy Edwards who's been away from the charts and pop scene, and is the mistress of hotshot lawyer/sugar daddy Hugh Creighton (Dabney Coleman).

Guest star Little Richard, playing himself, says Neddy's a good drummer.
