Unsuccessful local band from Pawnee, Indiana, fronted by guitarist/singer Andy Dwyer (played by Chris Pratt) in the television sitcom Parks and Recreation (2009-).

The band changes its name often; it's also gone by Scarecrow Boat, Three-Skin, and Just the Tip.
