Boston Symphony cymbalist who appears in the cold open to the Cheers episode “Friends, Romans, and Accountants” (first aired 11 Nov. 1982). We never learn his last name, but we do learn a) he is able to dip out for a beer while tapping out the number of beats until he's up again, and b) he can't keep the beat when Dianne counts his change. He was played by Peter Van Norden.
