From the 2006 children's picture book Miles the Crocodile Plays the Colors of Jazz by Andy Blackman Hurwitz, who was head of A&R for Columbia Jazz, and managed the Knitting Factory jazz club. Illustrated by Andrew Cunningham. Comes with a CD of music.
