Former band of Throb record label head Zach Armstrong (Jonathan Prince) in the "Men Without Lips" episode (30 Jan 1988 ) of syndicated TV series Throb (1986-1988).
His former bandmate Eric (Tony Carreiro) comes to visit, and they get the old band back together. The name is a parody of real band Men Without Hats.
