Quick parody of real singer Mel Tillis in the "Disco Magazine" feature of teen satire mag Crazy #51 (June 1979).
His anti-disco single is the number three song in the Top Ten Disco Hits of the Month list, according to Disco Magazine .
The song title is a reference to Tillis' stutter.
