Rapper who works at Phineas Q. Butterfat's Ice Cream Parlor, celebrating patrons' birthdays in rap, from "The Ziff Who Came to Dinner" episode (March 14, 2004) of long, long, long running animated sitcom The Simpsons.

He and his posse, the Good Time Gang, were formerly (or perhaps still are) M.C. Safety and the Caution Crew.
