Rising local teen rock band in the 1956 film Rock, Pretty Baby.

In the finale, they almost miss their big chance to play a contest on real local L.A. KTLA-TV show The Johnny Grant Show under the name The Jimmy Daley Combo ("Rockin' the Boogie"). They lose to The Heartbeats.
