Jessica Johns

Singer trying to follow in her famous father's footsteps in the "Tragic Farewell" story of Fawcett comic book Romantic Secrets #11 (October 1950). She doesn't have as good a voice as her dead father, and only gets bookings because of her name. Her fiancee Stan repeatedly tries to crush her dreams so they can settle down and get married, but takes a whole lotta soul-crushing before Jessica finally relents.
