Early 1960s folk singer from the 2007 film I'm Not There, wherein Bob Dylan's life is exploded into fictional fragments, each portrayed by a different actor and fictional name.

Rollins represents Dylan's rise from the Greenwich Village folk scene to prominence, to his dissatisfaction with the folk scene. His career falters when, drunk at an award presentation, he insults everybody. His story is then dramatized in a film-within-a-film titled Grain of Sand, where he's played by actor Robbie Clark (Heath Ledger).

In 1974, he's become a born-again Christian with the monicker "Pastor John" and preaches and sings gospel.

Played by Christian Bale.
