Deceased blind black bluesman mentioned in the 1983 comedy fim Get Crazy. At the new year's eve concert King Blues takes a moment onstage to eulogize him.

His name is a parody/portmanteau of two real bluesmen, Howlin' Wolf and Blind Lemon Jefferson.
