Wharf-dwelling little person who plays the concertina and "dances for nickels" at Springfield harbor. He briefly appears in the "Bart the Fink" episode (February 11, 1996) of animated sitcom The Simpsons.

His face resembles a distorted version of Krusty the Clown.
