Violinist from the "Captain Marvel and Sabotage In Seattle!" story of comic book Captain Marvel Adventures #26 (August 1943). He performs with Lew Blue's True Blue Troupers at a war bond rally in Seattle. But the other Troupers (acrobats, jugglers, ventriloquist) have been put to sleep with drugged drinks. Turns out Flugg was a Nazi agent who tried to sabotage the rally. When Captain Marvel saves the rally by performing himself, Flugg tries to steal all the proceeds. Captain Marvel stops him by hitting him over the head with his own violin.
