The '''Free-Form Jazz Band''' appeared in three episodes of Phineas and Ferb.
Consisting of ''Linda Flynn-Fletcher'', ''Vivian Garcia-Shapiro'' and ''Mrs. Johnson'', they played at "Squat and Stitch" at the local Googolplex Mall. In their second appearance, they were joined by [[Candace Flynn]] performing ''"E.V.I.L. B.O.Y.S."''. They recorded one album, "Live at the Squat and Stitch.<br/>Despite their name, they usually don't play Free, but rather Cool Jazz.

The Free-Form Jazz Band first appeared in season 1 episode 6 "Raging Bully". Their second appearance with Candace Flynn was in season 1 episode "Jerk Du Soleil", the third in season 2 episode 38 "Just Passing Through".
