Children's musician whose concert is canceled after the Pawnee government goes bankrupt and all the parks close in the "Freddy Spaghetti" episode (05/20/2010) of Parks and Recreation. Municipal go-getter Leslie Knope (Amy Poehler) crusades to hold the concert anyway.
