Western singer/songwriter from Fadeout (novel by Joseph Hansen), 1970. The first of 12 mystery novels featuring gay insurance investigator Dave Branstetter. He had a popular radio show on KPIM in Pima, where he sang and told stories about the fictional town of Cottonwood Corners.

Olson died when his Thunderbird went off a bridge, but where's the body?!
