All or mostly female rock group with matching haircuts and trenchcoats from the comic book Black Canary Vol. 4, #2 (September, 2015).
They have a grudge against Black Canary and set up a battle of the bands against them, recruiting The Banko Jim, and The Order of the Crimson Crystal Cult.
Band Bo M also shows up, being the biggest challenge, and probably the real agent engineering the contest.
The band's name and look are references to Golden Age Black Canary villain the Duchess, who appeared in Flash Comics #94 (April 1948).
