Jazz pothead group from the "I Was a Musician's Girl" story of Charlton comic book ''Sweethearts'' #122 (March 1954). The band's name is also given as ''Drummer Desmond and His Hot Cats''. Drummer plays the drums, and wrote their number "Jaggle Rhythm." He gets nice girl Louise on "pod" (marijuana), gives her a job playing piano with the group, and becomes her boyfriend.
