Supervillain-turned-Z-level hero featured in a couple issues of Dazzler (as a bad guy) and Avengers: The Initiative (as a good guy). His superpower was a saxophone that controlled people's emotions and a Geordi La Forge-esque visor that gave him his sight back. In a classic late-disco-era battle, Dazzler disabled his visor by throwing a pot of coffee in his face. His partner was the now-late Johnny Guitar.

First appearance: Dazzler #20 (October 1982). Real name Jack Dulouz.
