DC Comics supervillain who first appeared in Green Arrow and Black Canary #15 (February, 2009). Born Sean Sonus, he was a violinist in the Star City Orchestra. He was accidentally deafened by Black Canary's sonic scream, with modern medicine unable to restore his hearing. So, of course he constructed cybernetic enhancements allowing him to hear and manipulate sound, silenced an entire city, built a sonic wave arm-cannon, and became Black Canary's nemesis.
