Successful "holo-rock" singer from the 2009 novel Diamond Star by Catherine Asaro. His real name is Del Valdoria, and he's heir of the Ruby Dynasty, rulers of the Skolian Imperialate interstellar empire. But he just wants to rock out here on Earth.
His name is a reference to Flash Gordon character Dale Arden.
