Stodgy uptight dean (Shirley Stoler) of the unfortunately named Hooter College from the film Splitz (1982). She is hypnotized so that at a fundraising concert at the Palace, she suddenly rips her dress and sings "The Dean's Song." Music by Joel Diamond, lyrics by Domonic Paris and Michael Reed.
