Janitor at the orphanage where The Blues Brothers grew up from the 1980 Blues Brothers film. He taught them the blues, and how to dress. Played by real life singer and bandleader Cab Calloway, he sings "Minnie the Moocher," at the big concert finale.
His last name was not given, but it might be in the book based on the movie by Belushi's wife Judith Jacklin Belushi.
Calloway died in 1994, and so was not in the 1998 sequel film, Blues Brothers 2000.
