Amateur rock band from "Liverpool Saga" episode of classic TV sitcom My Three Sons (12/23/1967).

They try to get visiting Brit Paul Drayton (Jeremy Clyde, of Chad and Jeremy) to join them.

Chip Douglas played by Stanley Livingston.
