Two person local retro-New Wave sounding band in a skit on the "Cat Nap" episode of Portlandia. They are going nowhere until they figure out they need a gimmick, and add their cat Kevin to the band by adding a mic and an amp to his scratching post. Their song/video "Whisker Patrol" goes viral.
