Fictional singers with masks. There were several real masked singers:
- "The Man in the Silver Mask," or "The Silver Masked Tenor," on radio in the 1920s (really Joe White)
- "The Traveling Texan, the Masked Singer of Folk Songs," of the early 1950s (really Billy Walker)
- Orion, late 1970s Elvis impersonator
