From the "Mr. Plow" of long-running animated sitcom The Simpsons (11/19/1992).
In the episode, there's a TV commercial for CDs by Captain McCallister singing sea shanties, as well as a bonus CD, Horn Pipe Fever. Presumably these albums failed, as the sea captain never sang again, really.
