The greatest lounge singer of all time. At least, that's what Filburt Turtle claims in the "The Lounge Singer" episode of Rocko's Modern Life (first aired 9 October 1994). His oeuvre includes the album Loungin' Around and the motivational tape Geck-O-Netics.
