Blind black bluesman from a 2017 plot arc of comic strip Funky Winkerbean.
He's producing an album for The Bedside Manorisms, a band of seniors at the Bedside Manor retirement home, led by former Westview High school band fuhrer, Harry L. Dinkle.
Member Walt books them in Sun Studio, Memphis, to record their CD, cause he used to live there and he knows Washington.
