Female punk rocker/New Waver from Lily Tomlin's TV special Lily for President? (05/20/1982).

They sing "National Tantrum," which sounds a lot like real singer Lena Lovich.

She appears as a 15 year old runaway in Tomlin's stage show turned film The Search for Signs of Inteligent Life in the Universe (1991).
