French mouse music teacher from funny animal comic book Star Publications comic book Mighty Bear #14 (March 1954) in the story "'The Faucet-Drip' Concerto."

He teaches American Lee O'Lion musical composition. Or he is a complete figment of O'Lion's imagination, who made him up.

Wonder if he knows Anatole?
